Castel Volturno

Castel Volturno is a coastal town in the province of Caserta, Campania, set where the Volturno river meets the Tyrrhenian Sea north of Naples. Its long shoreline, pine woods and surrounding farmland have made it a destination for holiday homes and villas, alongside older settled neighbourhoods and stretches of partly built-up coast. The area is known for its beaches, its nature reserve and the nearby Roman remains of Liternum, and property here ranges from seafront houses to rural plots.
