Sperlonga

Sperlonga is a small coastal town on the Tyrrhenian Sea in southern Lazio, set on a rocky headland between Terracina and Gaeta. Its whitewashed historic centre climbs narrow lanes above sandy beaches and sea caves, and the town is best known as a relaxed seaside resort within reach of Rome and Naples. Property here is largely oriented to the sea, ranging from apartments and villas with water views to older houses in the pedestrian old town, with demand shaped strongly by the summer season.
