New for sale in Sirolo! Roby's Nest The little ones have increased and are growing, which is why Roby has decided to leave his Nest. Roby's Nest is an ideal solution for comfortable living all year round or for beach holidays. Located in a quiet area, served and not far from the town center and the beautiful beaches of the Conero. The generously sized apartment is located on the ground floor of a four-family building without a condominium. As soon as we enter we find the large and very bright living room that makes you feel the warmth experienced over the years by the family that grew up in the nursery. Then we find a kitchen connected to the outdoor courtyard with sea view where there is also a comfortable pergola for outdoor dining in the summer. A hallway leads us to the sleeping area consisting of the two bedrooms and the bathroom. On three sides we find the external courtyard, partly paved and partly garden prepared with automatic irrigation. Finally, in the basement we have the garage of about 25 square meters connected by an external staircase to the entrance of the apartment. To ensure safety, the Nursery has a perimeter alarm system and for greater comfort two air conditioners and mosquito nets in all windows. If you're looking for a nest to live in, Roby is ready to leave it. Call us to come and visit it!
