The Cottage of Contrada Saletta In Contrada Saletta, in the hills surrounding Recanati, where the air smells of good soil and the gaze is lost towards the Sibillini Mountains, a few minutes from the Conero Riviera, just 4 km from Sambucheto, 15 km from Loreto and about half an hour from Ancona, stands a farmhouse that seems to guard the slow pace of the Marche countryside. The two residential units, for a total area of about 300 square meters united like two stories that have always intertwined, form the main property that we are putting up for sale, consisting of two adjacent buildings built in the forties, made of stone, wood and memory, while opposite, detached and silent, there is also a small annex to be completely restored. All around warehouses, cellars, barns and a pigsty tell the work of generations and the peasant life of the past, giving this place an authentic and timeless charm. The property includes a garden of about 3,000 square meters, completely fenced and equipped with an automatic gate, which embraces ancient olive trees and fruit trees that in spring are dressed in white and pink, while the light that slips over the hills caresses every corner with a sweetness that invites you to stop and enjoy the shade on summer days. The property has an annex of about 60 square meters currently registered as a warehouse but which could be renovated and become another residential property type Depandance. The total commercial area is therefore about 350 square meters and offers space, breath and possibilities, in a hilly position that offers an open and poetic view of the Sibillini Mountains, like a painting that changes color at every hour of the day; it is a place that speaks to the heart even before it speaks to the eyes, a refuge where you can imagine new lives, slow awakenings, summer evenings and the good silence of nature that accompanies every step, and which could be transformed into a country house, an educational farm or a farmhouse immersed in the most authentic peace of the countryside.
