The house is spread over three levels of 25 m2 each: on the ground floor living room with kitchen wall, on the first floor a double bedroom and a single bedroom, in the basement a windowed bathroom with shower and bathtub and a cellar with under the stairs. In the living room we have a fireplace and an inexpensive stove, enough to heat the house. Two boilers provide hot water to the kitchen and bathroom. The house is in good structural condition, already habitable. From the windows you can enjoy the beautiful view of Monte Nerone and the natural arch of Fondarca. Pieia is an ideal village for mountain lovers, from here there are beautiful walks on the south side of Monte Nerone, the well-known site of Fondarca, as mentioned visible from the house, can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The nearest village is Pianello di Cagli, which is only 5 minutes away by car: here you will find all the basic necessities, not least a well-stocked pharmacy. The capital Cagli can be reached in less than 20 minutes.
