Ponsacco Via San Piero e Casato 5 Min: Apartment "la Terrazza" "It is in us that landscapes have landscape." Fernando Pessoa Perhaps the most beautiful moment comes in the evening, the day slows down, the light enters softer from the windows and from the terrace the sky begins to change color, that is the moment when you understand why we decided to call this house "La Terrazza". Located on the third and last floor, this apartment has a feature that you perceive immediately as soon as you enter: the light, no one above you, so much brightness during the day and that pleasant feeling of openness that only the top floors can give. And then there are the spaces, generous, real, finally comfortable, the apartment has been recently renovated and retains dimensions that allow each room to have a precise function, without being forced to sacrifice something to make room for something else, the living room is large and welcoming, but above all it opens onto the real protagonist of the house: the terrace, a space where you can put a table, some plants, two armchairs and create that little corner of yours in which to enjoy the first coffee of the day or an aperitif when you get home, but it is at sunset that this terrace gives its best, sitting outside and watching the sun go down, while the sky colors in front of you, could quickly become one of those small habits that you will no longer want to give up. Next to the living room we find a distinct dining area, connected to the kitchenette, a solution that allows you to keep the most operational part of the kitchen separate without sacrificing conviviality. The sleeping area surprises once again for its size. Here we find three large rooms, not the classic rooms in which you have to argue with the wardrobe to be able to open the door, but environments capable of adapting to the needs of a family: double bedrooms, children's room, study or guest room. The house is completed by a closet and the bathroom, also included in the recent renovation. And finally there is an element that, especially for an apartment, always makes the difference: the garage. "La Terrazza" is a home for those looking for space without sacrificing light, for a family that wants three real rooms, for those who want an apartment already renovated, for those who love to live on the top floor and know that there are no other apartments above their head, but above all it is for those who think that a house should not be just the place to return to in the evening. Because sometimes it is enough to open a door, go out on the terrace and watch the sun go down to remember that staying at home can also be a beautiful program.
