General description of the renovation work for illustrative purposes Property called "Ex Cartiera", located in the Municipality of Arenzano (GE), in via Cantarena, about 10 minutes walk from the center and all services. The intervention in question concerns the total renovation of the currently disused building, which will be completely redeveloped in order to return it to a new residential use in compliance with the urban planning provisions in force. A unique opportunity to build new apartments, the intervention involves building and plant engineering works aimed at ensuring full functionality, accessibility and regulatory compliance of the new real estate units. The design hypothesis studied provides for the overall redevelopment of the building through the construction of 6 residential units each with outdoor spaces and a new stairwell body equipped with a lift serving all floors. They will also be equipped with covered parking spaces, ensuring compliance with the minimum parking standards required for new buildings and changes of intended use.
