Calcinaia Via Lawley, 5 Apartment "IL BORGO" "I can already hear the buzz of the village. Here is the true paradise of the people, happily ever after. Here I am a man. Here I can be." -Goethe- Cities should be built in the countryside! Close your eyes, imagine the echo of the countryside, the delicate fragrance of flowers, the sweet buzz of a flowing river, the pure air... are you dreaming of being able to build your love nest right there? Well, don't keep dreaming, open your eyes and come and visit this pearl of an apartment! "Il Borgo" is an apartment, born from the total, careful and fine renovation of an old country complex. It has been designed with the heart to give anyone who owns it a deep sense of warmth, quiet, harmony and love. Far from the chaos of traffic but still close to all services. The access to the common area is from a private road that ends up on a shared parking lot with other units, a few steps later there is access from a pedestrian gate that gives vent to the private garden that can accommodate small scoundrels who can play safely and furry animals that will run around freely. The entrance is in a large open space living area where there is a clear division between the relaxation area and the dining area where from here you reach a further garden where you can relax on summer evenings or where you can organize convivial dinners. The hallway acts as a watershed between the living area and the sleeping area where there are 2 large bedrooms and the bathroom. The property includes a large and comfortable garage with the beautiful shape of a barn. References to Tuscan rustic and parquet finishes in the sleeping area, terracotta in the living area, kitchen included in the sale.
