In the historic center of Alanno, a hilly village in the hinterland of Pescara, we offer for sale a large apartment, in an independent building, distributed on 4 total levels starting from the basement where we find a large tavern, up to the second floor which flows, via a spiral staircase, onto a large terrace with panoramic views of the surrounding hills. The property boasts 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and large living room with fireplace. The general conditions are fair, although it still needs renovation, also considering the age of the building. However, the location and the generous size make the property an excellent real estate proposal if you also take into account the competitive price by the standards of the real estate market in the area.
