In the municipality of Atri, in Contrada Colle Saracco, we sell a property of 49 square meters for guest use arranged as follows: living room with kitchen, hallway leading to a bedroom, a bathroom and a closet. Outside we have an assigned parking space with arable land of 709 square meters with olive trees. The village of Contrada Colle Saracco belongs to the municipality of Atri, in the province of Teramo, region Abruzzo. The village is 7,8 kilometers far from the same town of Atri to whom it belongs. The locality is about 20 minutes from the sea of Scerne di Pineto and from the various services that the city center offers. Possible project for those who want to spend a summer period in the middle of nature and in a quiet mountain area without giving up the sea.
