In a hilly and dominant position, stone house overlooking the sea to be restored and customized with an approved project for sale in Zoagli, Genoa. On the rocky hills between Zoagli and Rapallo, a scenic panorama of the Gulf of Tigullio and the Tyrrhenian Sea, a fantastic opportunity to create a detached villa in typical rustic style with swimming pool in a surprising setting of the Ligurian coast. The building is an old farmhouse that still retains the original stone facades, dating back to the nineteenth century, it is on two levels. The approved project includes an open-plan living area on the ground floor with kitchen and a guest bathroom, while on the first floor there are two bedrooms, both with private bathrooms. The view from the bedrooms is enchanting, from the green countryside with trees that surrounds the house to the crystal blue of the sea, which dominates the entire landscape. The project includes the possibility of adding an in-ground outdoor swimming pool and a two-seater garage building. It is also possible to add low-energy and latest generation systems. It is a unique opportunity in an idyllic coastal setting, a perfect fusion of styles, comfort and spectacular seascape.
