Pontedera Via Buozzi, 30 🌅Apartment "Il Tramonto" 🌅 I don't really know what I would really like... But, if the hours of the day were places, I would take home in a sunset. (Gabriela Pannia) The sunset, yes the sunset, I wish everyone something similar to him, something that although it never changes manages to amaze us, always .....because we never tire of it, it preserves intact, despite having seen it millions of times, its power to enchant us! The same feelings of amazement and enchantment can be relived by visiting this pearl of an apartment, and living it as Gabriela said, it will be like taking home in a "Sunset". It is an apartment located on the second and last of a small complex, with a two-way entrance, going up the comfortable stairs you have access to the hallway that acts as a watershed between the living area on the right and the sleeping area on the left. The large living area has been wisely divided where the relaxation area is large and separate and well distinguished from the kitchen area where from the latter there is access to a terrace. The enviable sleeping area consists of two large double bedrooms, a study and a bathroom. On the ground floor large garage The property needs some maintenance. Class G 140,50
