A stone's throw from the sea, with a splendid panoramic terrace of exclusive property in which to organize wonderful aperitifs at sunset, we offer a nice two-room apartment already furnished. The property consists of the living room with kitchen which leads directly to the balcony and double bedroom, also with access to the balcony. From the latter, a spiral staircase takes us to the spacious terrace which, especially on summer and spring days, offers breathtaking sunsets and lends itself very well to organizing breakfasts, dinners or aperitifs in a relaxing and pleasant setting. The terrace also has a sea view and can be used as a solarium throughout the day having a 360-degree exposure. The apartment is located close to all the main services of the town, very close there is a bicycle rental with which to take the cycle path that leads directly to the beautiful beach of Dune Mosse where you will have the opportunity to use the bathing establishment or rent sunbeds and umbrellas. In the aforementioned stretch of beach musical events are often organized in the "golden hour" of the aperitif and there is the possibility of renting boats, wind surfing and pedal boats with which to reach the Vada Lighthouse. The stretch of sea in front of it is a protected marine area, rich in fauna and therefore ideal for snorkelling.
