Description Townhouse / Townhouse Goriano Sicoli (AQ) For sale in Goriano Sicoli, a rustic / farmhouse that is spread over 3 levels. The state of conservation is to be restored and is not furnished. It should be noted that the property has two entrances, one for the cave on the ground floor and the other for the house on the mezzanine floor. This property is a real opportunity for those looking for a rustic to renovate with the possibility of customizing two separate entrances. The ground floor consists of a cellar with a cave on the ground floor with an independent entrance, on floors 1 and 2 with another independent entrance we find a room where it can become an open space kitchen with a balcony and on the top floor the bedroom with a small balcony. Access to the house is external from the side door, while the front entrance on the ground floor leads to the cellar and the cave. In 2009 the roof was repaired from water infiltration from gutters and broken tiles. For more information contact Iad Italia Transazioni srl
