In Marradi (FI), in a quiet location a few steps from the town, we offer for sale this villa that was once used as a kindergarten, in which renovation work had begun, to transform it into a home. The house would consist of: entrance hall, double living room, dining room, kitchen with pantry room, study area and a first bathroom on the ground floor; five bedrooms, (one with wardrobe), three bathrooms and a terrace on the first floor; an attic area on the second floor. In the basement there is a cellar, a laundry area and two closets. The property includes an exclusive courtyard surrounding the house and three plots of land of about 6,400 square meters. The property is totally to be restored, as inside it is unfinished. Currently an already approved project has been presented, which can be evaluated by those interested.
