In the characteristic village of Longi, perched on the mountains overlooking Capo d'Orlando and at the gates of Monte Nebrodi, we offer a lovely detached house located on Corso Umberto I, the main street of the town. An authentic and lively context, enriched by popular events and traditions that make Longi an increasingly popular destination for tourists. The house is spread over several levels, a feature that makes it ideal for those who want to obtain small rooms to be used for short-term rentals. The interiors are well-kept, have wooden finishes, from the staircase to the ceilings, with fine parquet in the bedroom. The house is also equipped with independent heating. On the ground floor, with independent entrance and connection via the internal staircase, there is a bedroom and a bathroom recently renovated. On the first floor there is a kitchen with a small balcony overlooking the Corso. On the second floor there is the master bedroom, also with a balcony on the main street. On the third and last floor there is a balcony with a view of the village and the Nebrodi, which illuminates a room with a stone oven. There is a further room and a bathroom. On the basement floor, a cellar, once a stable for the donkey, today perfect as a space to recover. An authentic and charming solution, in the heart of a lively and welcoming village, ideal both as a main residence and as a tourist investment.
