Panoramic farmhouse to be finished, potential class A, possibility of building a swimming pool, convenient to services, for sale in Parrano, Umbria. In the lush Umbrian countryside, not far from the Tuscan border and in an area inhabited since prehistoric times, there is this stone farmhouse that from its panoramic position overlooks the nearby village of Parrano. Built from scratch 15 years ago, it is currently in its raw state; the project includes a large living area on the ground floor, the sleeping area on the first floor, and an attic on the second floor with both internal and external access through a beautiful stone staircase. The interiors allow the complete customization of the finishes starting from the floors, fixtures, interior walls and bathrooms. The current condition, with the systems still to be installed, allows the construction of a residence in high energy class for a better quality of life. The outdoor space is suitable for the construction of a swimming pool with a beautiful exposure to the sun and at the edge of a productive olive grove. The location and intrinsic characteristics of the farmhouse make it an excellent investment both from a residential point of view and from a tourist-accommodation point of view.
