Farmhouse with farmhouse and ancient mill, land and swimming pool for sale in Castellina in Chianti, Siena. Set in the beautiful hills of Chianti, a few km from Castellina in Chianti, in one or the most sought-after places in Tuscany, surrounded by centuries-old woods and rows of Sangiovese, an enchanted place where the sound of the water of the stream sounds a harmony of peace and tranquility. Expertly restored from what was once, already in the early Middle Ages, used as a mill to grind the crops of the Chianti farmers. The restoration has made it possible to create four apartments from the main building, and two independent houses, once the local mills, for a total of 13 bedrooms and eleven bathrooms. Each room comes back to life in its original characteristics, from the exposed stone, to the wooden beams and the traditional terracotta floors. Around the remains of the ancient mill, the swimming pool and various terraces have been built for outdoor living. Every year guests and visitors choose this place for their relaxing holidays. The property is completed by about 10 hectares of land, mostly woodland, as well as a small vineyard and an olive grove.
