Historic villa with church and farm, 50% approved and completed project, to be customized, for sale with olive grove and vineyard in Chianti, Arezzo. All the interventions to be carried out include the completion of the systems, the internal customization of the spaces and finishes, the renovation of the current swimming pool and the reorganization of the park areas with the inclusion of a tennis court. The church, with its seventeenth-century characteristics, is a distinctive element for hosting weddings, ceremonies, and spiritual retreats.
