Montefoscoli Vicolo del Calzolaio, 1 MIN: Apartment "Il Calzolaio" "It doesn't matter how far you go, but how you walk." Tuscan proverb Every true shoemaker knows it: a good road always begins with a good shoe, and every good home begins with a right step. "Il Calzolaio" is just that: a place where every room has been designed as a well-sewn sole, where every space accompanies life with balance, comfort and silent elegance. We are in Montefoscoli, an ancient village nestled on the Tuscan hills, where the streets tell stories and time seems to pass more slowly. Here, on the first and last floor of a small building, there is this bright, airy and surprisingly harmonious apartment; access is via internal stairs, which lead to a welcoming hallway, once you cross the threshold you immediately perceive something rare: a feeling of order, calm, home. On the left is the eat-in kitchen, an intimate and functional space where the cooking area has been cleverly carved into a niche, almost like a workbench, perfect for those who love to cook without sacrificing aesthetics. On the right, the large and bright relaxation living area lends itself to becoming a living room, music room or even a third bedroom, following the rhythm of life of those who will live there. The sleeping area is a real refuge: two large bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom and a terrace, where you can look out in the morning as you do with a new newborn day. The whole apartment is flooded with light and develops with a distribution of spaces that is rare to find: nothing is wasted, nothing is forced, everything accompanies. Just as every good shoemaker knows that a shoe must last over time, so this house also offers a precious possibility: with an additional investment of 10,000 euros it is possible to buy storage rooms on the ground floor, making the property even more independent and functional, perfect for those who want extra space for passions, work or storage. "Il Calzolaio" is a house that does not make noise, but takes you far away, it is for those who love to walk with a sure step, in a house that knows how to be discreet, elegant and true.
