Calambrone Viale del Tirreno, 74 Apartment "Il Pescatore" There are always new places to go fishing. For every fisherman, there is always a new place, always a new horizon. (Jack Nicklaus) The charm of fishing is that it is the search for what is elusive, but attainable... and as well as fishing this gorgeous apartment may seem elusive but it is certainly reachable! Someone asserted that the secret of happiness is to own a house near the sea....The sea is in fact zen, it is energy, happiness; it is contemplative, it is a surface that is sometimes calm, sometimes stormy, it shakes us in a storm, it surrounds us in calm but in every form it calms us all our worries. "IL pescatore" is a wonderful apartment set in a luxurious context, a few steps from the sea and equipped with a swimming pool reserved for the owners of the complex. The apartment is located on the first floor and will amaze you with the spaces that have been expertly designed to comfortably accommodate 8 people; the entrance is in the open space living area where the kitchen has been placed behind a curtain so as not to invade the view, from here comfortable stairs accompany us to a mezzanine where one of the 3 bedrooms with elegant private bathroom has been created. On the living floor, in addition to a convenient closet and an additional bathroom, there is another generous loft bedroom with another double bedroom. On the ground floor there is an exclusive parking space.
