We offer a renovated two-room apartment with a small garden in Artesina a few steps from the ski slopes. We are on the first floor of a tidy building with ample parking in front. The entrance is directly onto the living room with livable kitchen, a unique room illuminated by the French window of the balcony on the slope side. Going up the staircase next to the kitchen we reach the bathroom with shower and the bedroom with the French window that gives access to the small private green space behind the building. Especially in summer this outdoor space can be used for pleasant dinners with friends. A comfortable ski box is located on the ground floor. Excellent solution as a second home for lovers of skiing and mountain walks. Call me to make an appointment.
