In the Tricalle area, halfway between Chieti Scalo and Chieti alta and in the immediate vicinity of the Traffic Police barracks, in a very quiet setting, we present for sale a house on two levels with independent entrance, within a small condominium where each housing unit enjoys its own exclusive entrance. Through an external staircase we enter directly to the first floor, with an entrance / living room, a large kitchen, a bedroom used as a sitting room, a bathroom and a closet. A comfortable internal staircase leads to the upper floor where we find three double bedrooms with balcony, one of which with walk-in closet and a bathroom. The entire house has been renovated and is in excellent condition and is also equipped with an outdoor parking space. It is worth mentioning the possibility of buying an adjacent land, for agricultural use
