In the municipality of Petritoli, immersed in the green hills of the Marche region, with a splendid view of the city village, the purchase of a plot of land is proposed with the possibility of rebuilding a farmhouse which has been demolished. The project has been approved by the local authority and the concession charges have been paid: immediate availability of a company for the construction of the property with a timeline of 12-14 months. The project involves the construction of a building consisting of two floors above ground and one basement for a total area of 320 square meters with the construction of a large living area on the ground floor consisting of entrance hall, living room, kitchen and dining area, the bedrooms - all double with attached bathroom - have been located on the ground floor and on the first floor, on the first floor a large relaxation area and a large terrace serving a bedroom. The ground floor has direct access to the garden and the area below where the swimming pool and two underground rooms for use as a gym and cellar have been provided. The adjoining land is about 7000 square meters, although sloping in the final part, it can be used as a garden in the area adjacent to the building. The access road has already been built with substantial filling material and the installation of the ducts for the technological networks (water and electricity) has been carried out.
