LIZZANO AULLA - Ideal house for stone lovers. In the small ancient village of LIZZANO among the green valleys of Lunigiana; we find the small but well renovated house. We enter a LARGE LIVING ROOM with new terracotta floors and exposed beams. Below we find ourselves in the KITCHENETTE WITH FIREPLACE, from this room we enter another VERY BRIGHT room that gives us access to the master bathroom with shower and WELL EQUIPPED but NOT WINDOWED. From the kitchen we enter a LARGE LIVING ROOM with sliding door that gives access to the EXTERNAL COURTYARD for COMMON USE. We then find a second bathroom NOT WINDOWED. The living room represents a CHARACTERISTIC FIREPLACE that seems carved in stone. We then find a WOODEN STAIRCASE that leads to a LARGE TERRACE from which the dominant view is that of the APUAN HILLS. The property, despite being recently renovated, NEEDS SOME ORDINARY RESTORATION WORK.
