Are you dreaming of a house that tells a story? A home where a large porch of yesteryear and a large garden become the perfect setting for your dinners with friends and family moments in the open air? In the heart of Marola, within the park of a splendid historic villa, the complete renovation of a barchessa of the early '900 is underway. The intervention will give life to only two completely independent residential units. The project preserves intact the style of the time – with the typical exposed beams and traditional architectural details that give warmth and authenticity – combining it with the highest standards of comfort and insulation of a modern home. The unit is spread over two levels and is designed to offer large, regular and incredibly welcoming environments: The entrance to the house is through an unobtainable porch of over 50 square meters at double height, embellished with 3 suggestive original arches. A unique covered space. On the ground floor there is a bright open space of 52 square meters, with a regular shape and easily furnished, with 2 large windows, while a hallway leads us to a windowed bathroom / laundry room and to the stairwell that hides direct access to the large single garage. On the first floor, the sleeping area is designed for maximum privacy for the family with a single bedroom, a double bedroom, a bathroom with window and an exclusive master "quarter" of about 30 square meters, consisting of a double bedroom, walk-in closet and a second bathroom with window. The property is embraced on two sides by an exclusive garden of about 280 square meters. It is the ideal home for you who love to receive guests and are looking for comfortable and atmospheric spaces in a historical context, reserved and surrounded by greenery, but just a few minutes from Vicenza.
