Monselice

Monselice is a town in the Veneto region of northeastern Italy, set on the plains south of the Euganean Hills and within easy reach of Padua. Its historic centre is dominated by a hilltop castle and a long staircase-like shrine, with older streets and stone buildings around them. As a place to live, it offers a quieter alternative to the larger cities nearby, with the hills, countryside and regional rail connections close at hand.
